Hi Ian, thanks for your comments. Actually Tom retired two years ago. I have finally found a dedicated apprentice who is proving to be very good so far and I am hoping he will be able to help me in the future. I have also made my own set of instructional DVDs called "handbuilt" by Peter Tommasini.
