Default A/V rack (pics fixed)

This is my first paid job in my new shop, I just started it yesterday and trying to document it as best as I can. I know it's not as elaborate as the things most of you do but it's a start and it's some money.

It will hold 4 A/V units 2 on each side suspended out from the frame and one speaker will go on a pedestal on top.

This is the blank I cut out to get started it is 18 gauge

Setting up to put the radius in the top and bottom, I had to dismantle my grinder stand so I could use the pipe out of it for the longer bend

This is the rough shape

I used a guide for my Bad Dog nibbler to cut all the pieces, I am beginning to hate that thing, I see a plasma cutter in my near future

This is it tack welded up

More to come as I progress

Charley.

Glade you've settled in to the stage you can charge for jobs, good luck with your future plans.

(couldn't see the pics but OK since I posted my reply)

Cheers.

Started the arm that holds one of the A/V units, there will be 2 on each side
This is the blank I started with Then each step I took as it progressed
I built a stake dolly to bend the arm on nice and square using the flat end of my bowling pin hammer
