Default some of my first shapes

I'm super new to the world of metal shaping and in my quest to understand the medium I have had the privilege of working with Joe Hartson a few weekends in his shop. He has been a great teacher and has explained a lot about my new found interest. I know this isn't exactly a first "project" but more some of my first shapes and things.... Thanks Joe!

My very first shape...

I'm learning to form by hand first then working into machines as my skills progress. Its cool to play on the wheel though...

We will work on getting the pictures to show but it may take a little while. I am not sure what will have to be done to make them show.

Default shapes

Joe seriously I have saved some small shapes I have done lately . I guess I'm proud of them even the screwed up ones because I learned something from each one. I really wanted to see someone elses experience.
Forgive the humor Please,Gerry
