It is just how I see it.
I would split the radius because there wouldn't be that much metal to move top or bottom. If I had it in my hand I might do it different.

I'm sure everyone has their own prefrences, I like to weld on a radius or corner whenever possible to reduce warpage. welding two flat panels together will give you the most possibility for warpage. these are the things to consider when laying out your panels.

I'm from Homestead Fla. originally moved up here 1 1/2 years ago after a bad MC wreck(hit by drunk driver) to be close to my surgeon. sure do miss sunny Florida
