Thanks guys, this fabrication of attaching and supporting panels in way that looks production/professional is much more challenging than I'd imagined.

Still progressing, but maintenance on rental properties makes schedule unpredictable. I have finished the cowl, "A"pillar and hinge structure. This pic shows the front fender ( still in 2pieces) mocked at the correct measurements. Name: IMG_20160821_111614424.jpg

Mike
Very nice!!! That is the design that jaguar should have used from the beginning. Much more aggressive looking than what you started with.

Thanks for sharing.

Invention is a combination of brains and materials.
The more brains you use, the less materials you need.

Awesome thread Mike, the Jag is looking tough as all get out! Beautiful metal work. Are you still planning on going with the V12 or did I miss that part?!

Thanks guys, your kind words really do help with this big project.

Yes Phil, I've got a very desirable version V12 with the good heads. Ultimately, I'd like to turbocharge it. But if funds run out I'll probably just fabricate a swoopy looking intake manifold
