Those panels are absolutely beautiful!
Working on a 65 Sprite myself, I will be watching as you work your way through the car.

Thankyou everyone for the kind comments and interest, it's much appreciated. It's also nice to be able to share it with guys that can appreciate the time and work that goes into all these parts. It's all you master craftsmen on here who we can aspire to and continually push ourselves to get that little bit better with each part that we make

I've had a chance to do some more work on the front end of my Sprite. Have decided to fabricate new upper spring mount/lever arm shock and engine mount points. The mounts on my car were no good as they were missing the rubber bump stop supports underneath, they had just been hacked off. I managed to source another pair but have since decided to fabricate new ones. The old spring mounts I will use which weld up underneath the brackets that I have made today. I still have to add the plate on top and drill holes etc, but they were fun to make up. First pics are the old ones, then new which I have tried to get to look as close to the original. Original is pressed in one piece, obviously I cant do this so had to make it in 3 pieces.
