Default new to metal shaping

my name is mark gass i was refered to this site by stan fulton (what a nice guy) i have been in the metal fabricating business my whole life i am 61 years old i live northern wi i have had a stroke but i still would to like to learn how to shape metal so if you dont mind my dumb questions i would like to join thanks mark
