Default Forming window lips/contours for Model T?

How would one reproduce the rear panel on a 1927 model T coupe? I have the panel, its quite rusty and I was curious as to how the area where the window sits is made.

I assume it is done using a custom hammer form and some welding of the lip to that hammer formed panel.

A hammerform similar to this -

is what you probably need. I am thinking that if the coupe window is anything like my '24 sedan, you might be able to make a hammerform to form the entire opening fairly easily that could include the flange as well. The form would need to be screwed together in the corners so it could be disassembled to remove the finished part.

Good luck!
