New Guy from North Carolina.
Came across this group while searching for metal shaping ideas. Right now I am restoring a 53 Bel Air for the family. Chassis and drivetrain are completed and now to the body work. Hope to find ideas on shaping metal that I can use to make this job easier.
Thanks for adding me! |
Welcome Mike. I'm in Winston-Salem. We have an ever-growing group of NC metal workers on this forum now!

Welcome from a fellow North Carolinian. Looks like we have quite a few from NC. Looks like a group meet may be brewing.
Great advice and techniques on this forum. Good luck with your project. Dave |

Some one among us might consider a simple 'meet and greet' at a central location. I would sure like to attend something as I am getting cabin fever, and I am always looking to see how other folks do things. Folks are always welcome at my small shop for a visit, just south of Charlotte, NC. I have little talent, but LOTS of enthusiasm (for an old man) and some pieces of equipment.

Oh Bull Feathers Will. There are a bunch of folks here who ASPIRE of having your 'little' talent. If yall put together a gathering, I'll try to attend and bring some tools schedule permitting. There should be critical mass in the Carolinas. We have a bunch of members there. |
