Hi from NZ

Hi everyone, I'm Rowan i own a smash Repair and car restoration shop in Morrinsville New Zealand, I only found this site in the last couple of weeks and have found it really great, I've become interested in metalshaping in the last few years and find it a really good change from smash work.
I've been accumulating a bit of gear along the way as the budget allows, wheeling machine, planishing hammer, vibro-shear and as many old hand tools that i can get my hands on, seems I've gotten myself into a very addictive hobby.
anyway thats my intro done
Rowan.

Welcome Rowan. We've had a couple Kiwi's join recently.

Vibroshears are fairly rare. Can you post some photos. Actually we'd like to see some photos of your work and shop....we like photos...

Hi Guys, Thanks for the warm welcome, Hi Clayton good to see you hear also, This is an excellent site! Guys, Clayton is a very handy man he made me some very nice shrinking dies for my vibro-shear that work beautifully, he's been very helpful when ever i need advice. this whole place seems like that.
Kerry i will try to post some pictures of the vibro-shear it was a bit of a clunker when i bought it so i repainted it and repowered it back to 3 phase with variable speed foot control with rpm range of around 200 rpm to 2600 rpm, actually it's a real toy i come back at night just to play with it and learn what it can do. It was a 10 hour return trip to collect it which probably sounds like nothing to you guys but over hear you just about drive off the end of the island when you drive that far :D
anyway i should go and do some work, C U
