I´m not really a metal worker, but I did quite a lot of "shaping" of leather, gilding, pinstriping and lettering.. but I have my dream shaping my own cafe racer! :-)
I´m currently living in Oslo, Norway but within a few months I´m living in Sitges, Spain.. close to Barcelona! I´m interested to get in contact with anyone in Spain doing custom work! I´n Sitges I´m about to start business with a friend shaping metal and building bikes.. I´ll put some pictures of some of my work, and hopefully soon, some of my metal shaping.. https://scontent-a-ams.xx.fbcdn.net/...8e&oe=54D79215 https://fbcdn-sphotos-d-a.akamaihd.n...3e3773d1457a21 https://fbcdn-sphotos-d-a.akamaihd.n...fff0880abc9972 https://fbcdn-sphotos-a-a.akamaihd.n...57868dcedeceb4 https://fbcdn-sphotos-e-a.akamaihd.n...fe284513c0b3c1 https://scontent-a-ams.xx.fbcdn.net/...0e&oe=5510FD28 https://fbcdn-sphotos-g-a.akamaihd.n...aaf8039d6be5a6 https://scontent-b-ams.xx.fbcdn.net/...75&oe=551902B9 https://scontent-a-ams.xx.fbcdn.net/...9b&oe=54DD9390 https://fbcdn-sphotos-a-a.akamaihd.n...36f820bd62270d Well, some of it.. you can see more here if you want: https://www.facebook.com/276ccm Salut! :-) Marius Mellebye |
Hello Marius,
What a great job you do with leather!!! I love custom harley's and the seats you've made are the finishin touch! Welcom here and hope you Will start learning metalshaping. Regards Wesley |
Thanks a lot! :-) These pictures is only a little selection of my work.. I hope too, to get more into metal shaping, as I move into a fully functional garage in Spain :-) I guess seat pans is a good way to start, as they often aren´t too complicated :-)

Marius,
Seat pans are covered. You will have many options of how to make them and be able to make what you want to cover, a good place to start. With the pics of your work I see you as a "detail of the image" oriented person. You'll have fun fitting the seat -finished- to the bike and the rider. Nice work. |
Hello Marius.
That is some really nice leather work you have done, Very Cool indeed:cool::cool: Welcome to Allmetalshaping.:) Cheers John |
Very impressive, Marcus, welcome to the site.
