Newbie needs help making 4" radius corner box 3003 AL sheet metal 16 guage
 

Hello my name is Elliott
I make portable photo booths for a living.

we typically make them out of aluminum frames with plastic walls for the panelling, but I wanted to explore making them out of sheet metal from the ground up.

Just bought a shrinker machine and looking forward to learning how to use it.

Not sure exactly of the shape you're after in the end product but have you tried a poster board pattern?
