My name is John and I'm a tool-aholic ... and an old-tractor-aholic ... and a classic car-aholic, particularily 1960 Thunderbirds ... Most of my accomplishments to date have been mechanical. Near term, it will be shifting to autobody metal work. I'm really interested in a planishing hammer right now. My research of planishing hammers led me to this website and I see that there is a lot of good, practical info and advice, well-organized.

You should be able to find the membership application to TWA (Tool Whores of America) here on the forum. Even though it's essentially an incurable disease, there's a lot of therapeutic benefits to be found around here....

I think I've come to the right place. Long hard day at work today, but your welcomes cracked me up :) I'm particularly interested in the TWA ... then again, ... not sure I need any more encouragement. My bank account is already screaming for relief!
