Hi,

I'm Angus from Bristol. I've got a 1972 Vauxhall Viva E Coupe which needs some body repairs. I also brew my own beer and I want to build some stainless brewing vessels from scratch. I've already found some useful info on here about hammer forming which should help with the body repairs on my Viva and some info about hydroforming which I would like to try in order to make some dished ends for my brewing vessels.

Welcome to the forum Angus, you’ll find it an excellent resource for learning. I had a 1972 Firenza when I was 18 and I still think it was one of the best looking cars I’ve ever owned. Vauxhall were very generous with the size of their engine bays so there is plenty of room in there for a small block V8 if you start to feel adventurous:D

As others will say, visit and post often, not forgetting to put up pictures of your work. We all like to see pictures.
