Hi All,

My name is Amit using handle theblueoyster am a novice with metal and plan to build a shelby cobra or a porsche 356 so will need all the help possible especially since it will be done in my living room :)

all the gurus of metal tell me how do i goabout where do i start :D

looking to your support have done some research will post my research so far

There are a ton of life lessons as well as how NOT to scratch build a car. Still and all, you should find some nuggets of wisdom in there.

Hi Amit.

Welcome to the site.

So how bigs your living room? I thought I had a space problem, like your choice of possible builds but both are just under 4mtr x 2mtr. I'm working in approx 27sq mtr open space 6 x 4.5, just thought it worth mentioning.

Look forward to you getting started, and as the questions appear on the screen answers come from every where. I had a problem I'd been working on for a couple of months, 3 days after posting on here we had the answer and I think lots of us will benifit by working together.
