Found this site after searching the web on how to build an English wheel. I want to bend up an Aluminum tank for a motorcycle and this site seems just the ticket to get started!!!

Hi Kirk, welcome to the site. The wheeling machine is not as easy as all that to learn, It is best to learn to shape sections by hand and learn how to join sections and finish the joints. Once you have learned how the metal 'moves' it is easier to understand how to shape metal on the wheel.

Welcome Kirk, The english wheel is a great tool but you need to understand how metal works before jumping onto the wheel. It all comes with practise. I myself did everything by hand for about four years untill i could afford a wheel then i practised on the wheel and still learning today.
