New here..

Hi. I am real new to this. Don't know very much at all about metal working, but I want to learn. I am trying to build my First, and last Street Rod. It is a 1937 Ford Tudor. It, and I need lots of help. jhnarial thought it would be wise for me to join so I can learn from some of the best. I hope I won't be to much of a pain if I ask to many questions. I don't have many tools as far as metal work goes.. I have a 30" brake from Harbor Freight, and a mig welder, and some body tools, and thats about all... thanks.. Al

Thanks. I need the help. I would rather learn how to make my own sheetmetal parts than to buy them. From some of the stuff I have seen here so far.. There are alot of talented people here.. I hope I learn alot.. Al

Yes sir. I suppose it does. I have lots of ideas, but not alot of money for the special tools needed. I will try to make alot of my tools, or make forms out of solid wood to form the metal around.. I made my own firewall for my 37 Ford. Never tried before.. Well there are three of them behind the garage that I didn't like. The forth one is in the car now.. Al
