Thanks, but the piece is made and the job is done. I don't use lead or solder and the panels are bonded on in addition to the visible welds. For what its worth, I think a slight bend on the inside...

The double wall idea mainly shifts time from welding to fab and makes the bed heavier. But it does have visual benefits to my eye on the outside. No fender bolts visible inside the bed is at the top...
