Hello,

I am a complete amateur to metalworking, besides bending my own tackle from stainless steel leader wire, and have a specific project I want to work on.

I need a fair number of meat hooks (s-hooks) for processing animals and smoking meat, including turkey, and pork, and eventually maybe some others. For the pork processing, they need to support at least 150lbs each, preferably 200 - 250.

I am also generally interested in metalworking, especially knives, and will be exploring that in the future.
