For that number you might be able to try explosive forming, your laws regarding explosives might be a little less restrictive than ours,
The russians did a lot of work with it,
from what i have read you make a mould either male or female and it can be out of fibre glass, then you lay your panel on the mould and tape it there to seal it, you then stick small strips of cordex to the panel and submerge it in water, then Ka boom
have allways wanted to try it,
Australia used it to form the yacht that took the America's cup, i think it was Kookaburra, they did it in Perth and i did talk to the guy that did the exploding,
but he spends most of his time in China now, no restrictions there.
