Hello everyone, My name is brandon willis. im 21 and from tucson arizona. Ive been building automotive chassis for 2 years now and i wanted to learn new skills such as metal shaping which is why im here and to get some good input on tool design and why its done that way.
I am currently working on building an english wheel with a 34" throat built from 3"X8" .25 wall tubing i picked up from a scrap yard. And after talking to Joe at Hoosier i will be laying down the cash to pick up a set of their standard 2x3 anvils and 8x3 upper wheel.
So heres some pictures for fun.

new chassis for the 65. set up for a triangluated 4 link, air bags mounted 33.3% down the link bars for better ride and higher lift. hand built front suspension consisting of adjustable chromolly a arms, 91 dodge dakota spindles/disc brakes/power rack. 4 viair 480 compressors, The frame rails are caped off to be 2 2 gallon tanks for the front and 1 4.5 gallon tank for the rear and pressure tested for 200psi. And my favorite part. the entire chassis can be disassembeled with 3 wrenches, because there are no nuts on the chassis. Instead of nuts their are frenched in threaded bungs to look and be clean and functional.
