Rick, I took 2 classes from Kent White several years ago. I've also taken welding and machining classes at various local colleges. Sure wish I could've attended the Santa Cruz meet... maybe next year.
Tom, I don't have a group pic of my project cars, but attached is a "before" pic of one that has had some recent metal work done on it. Actually, it's turning out to be a "do over" because the original metal guy who worked on it was more of a lead wizard than a metal wizard. Almost all his work had to be undone due to the pigeon-poop welds and thick lead filler
. As I'm not experienced enough to do this work myself, I had to pay for another metal guy's labor and expertise. No fun for my wallet!
