HI everyone
Little background on me ........ I'm a nuclear electricain by trade and a restorer of motorcyles for my hobby ( plus rc's and alot of other things when the wife lets me )
Ive have been redoing and 1971 Norton commando Basket case ( frame with half open motor and 4 Large plastic Tubs) for about a year and a half now . getting to the metal work now and i need help
Ive had a intrest in sheet metal for a long time now i have a reason and some ( wife regulated ) funds .
Ive read that shaping is a art and i see it is . Now with joining this site hoping i can strengthen the art inside me with the tech from the talents here ..
I like the fact that while expensive tools can make the job ezer there is a lot out there you can use to shape with . like stumps looking forward to learning how to make and use one and various other natural elements.

Also is anyone in the central va area that would like to share their knowledge and time i would be very interest in pick you brain and seeing first hand shaping and proper tooling

Thanks Tom Fisher newbie
