it's true that in Italy there is not much teaching.... I was there just a few months ago and discovered that ( to my dissapointment) the ones that know the trade..... and there is a few of them... have the unfortunate mentality of not wanting to ""share their secrets". When I went to these places the first question that they asked was" who are you?what do you want? and who sent you? Ithought that was ridiculous, when I asked why they told me that, this is the way it is here.
It's no wonder that the trade is dead over there....
