Default New Guy from Chicago. 29 years old, street rod builders.

Hello all. Another new guy here - and another HAMB'r. 29 years old. I have a huge thing for vintage cars & motorcycles. Mainly customs / street rods / etc. and all things vintage Harley.

I do some metal shaping and always looking to get further into it as well as refining my techniques. I make do with pretty basic tools as far as that goes - hammer & stump, planishing hammer, shrinkers / stretchers etc. Looking to build an English Wheel pretty soon as well.

Anyway - this is some of my work. I do the metal fabrication, bodywork, paint, assembly, etc.

to

I sectioned the bumpers on that thing and fit them to the body as well.

Stock, obviously.

Also built this '55. Did a TON of various sheet metal mods to it, including flipping, sectioning, raising and reshaping the front & rear bumpers. Lots of work into those. I'll probably do a full thread on doing those later - once I'm actually 'approved' as a member that is.

and mounted on the truck.

ALso did the same thing to the rear. As well as the entire truck - every panel got fitted, reworked, tweaked, etc. - from the stake pockets on up through the drip rails, headlight's being 'minifrenched' & peaked, converted to one piecers, shaved inners, sectioned hood, rounded bed rails f&r, etc.

This is the truck.

Anyway - there you have it. There's just some of my work. Really look forward to becoming a part of the forum here.

Thanks for looking.
