To better guarantee the cleanest air, an external source forced air respirator is the safest source of breathable air in contaminated environment. Even the best forced air respirator will be normally sourcing air through a HEPA rated intake filtering system and P100 is the highest rating offered for such filters....



A P100 half-face unit with replaceable filter cartridges isn't prohibitively expensive or significantly cumbersome. whatever the situation, particulate masks do not protect against vapor.
