Default Hello from VA

Dan Houston, I am looking forward to membership in this forum. Looks like a wealth of information and no nonsense environment.

Although I have been actively interested and involved in metal work for many years, and have sold a good bit of my art, the the sales have been mainly to support my tool habit. Making things is what I do , metal is the prefered medium

My shop is small but well equipped. My work is generally moderately small mainly because I am an older guy and cannot easily manipulate larger heavier projects.

I am sure that you all will expand my world and understanding of metal craft techniques. I hope that I can offer someting worthwhile in return.

Welcome Dan. It's good to have a sculptor aboard. Most of the members here work in automotive and motorcycle stuff. If I wasn't so busy making sculpture I would be building a car.

Hello Dan.
I'm not too far away from you ... just across the bridge in MD...
