Hi my name is Dave Pagano. Ive been working with my hands all my life firstly building flying models and pushbikes. Once i got into bikes and cars that was the end of me.
Im a self taught panel beater with a degree in art.
After finishing Uni I started fixing cars and making stained glass windows from home eventually doing other peoples. After 25 years I finally went to tech and got a spray painters and panel beaters licence.
A few years ago I started restoring wooden speedboats. I have a pretty large collection of them dating back to 1890.
I have one powered by a Rolls royce merlin.
I also have old cars, bikes and trucks and have always wanted to do more than just make rust repair patches for the cars that I restore.
I just started making an aluminium tail for a 30s Riley race car.
Found this site and am hoping to get some tips.
If the tail comes out well I might make something more challenging.
