Hello, been itching to "have a go" at bending some metal.
I bought an ac/dc tig, and got lucky with my first attempt at an aluminium petrol tank for my cb550 race replica. ![]() ![]() But I would like to learn how to do more complex shapes.

Hello Derec, welcome to allmetalshaping. The best way to learn this craft is by actually making something so you have made a good start. Most things can be made using nothing more than hand tools. I show an aluminium bike tank I made with hand tools on my youtube footage.
