New member from central Illinois
Hi everybody,
My name is Rick and I am semi-retired and working for a friend who is a member here. I dabbled at shaping to make rust repairs in the early '80s with no knowledge and very few tools. Needless to say, I didn't get the results I desired but my youthful energy didn't let that stop me. Now I work in a shop that has enough machines and tools that I should be making more panels than I am (Sheet metal is not our main product) and hope to learn from all of you. Thanks, Rick

Hi rick! I'm in southern WI, not too far from you then. I'm firmly in the "no knowledge, few tools, and youthful energy" stage of things. Got any tips?

Welcome Rick!
Here is the guy responsible for most of the machining being done on our hammer and other projects in our shop. About time he gets know on this site!
