Default Hello from cold Michigan

Hello everyone, I'm new here and interested in learning how to shape metal. I have an ewheel, planishing hammer some shot bags and a box of hammers. I see some of the things you are building and it amazes me. It seem almost an imposable task to learn how to build a fender or a car body.

Bret, welcome to the site. You have some enough tools to get started shaping metal. Make a bowl or some other shape so you can learn how the metal moves. Making scrap is part of the learning experience. Thanks for joining us.

Greetings from the other side of the Mitten. Building a fender is just a series of smaller shapes.......Break it down and it does not seem so intimidating
