A newbie from Holland
My name is Willem-Aart, I'm 23 years old and I would like to learn everything about metal since I would like to my work properly on my '60 VW Beetle.
 I hope this site contains some good information, since I'm an absolute beginner!

Hi Willem, Welcome to the site. I am sure you will find info here. I owned a '58 beetle many years ago. I liked it a lot but some idiot wrecked it by jumping all over it then smashing the screens when I left it outside my workshop because it broke down and I was waiting for parts. I have a friend who restores and customizes beetles, his name is Simon Emery, he is quite well known here in the UK. The Paint Box sure sounds familiar! They do some crazy stuff over there, really cool. David, I will have a look at your DVD, sounds very promising. Let's see if I can find some old school bodywork tools at swap meets.
