My name is Dan and I have spent the last 14 years in the casting industry. The last four year I worked as a pattern maker. I currently work with building automation after the foundry I worked for went south. I spend much of my time in the garage working on old motorcycle, scooters and cars. I found that learning to shape metal for making patch panels that are not offered has become a get away from the day to day frustrations. I found this site in hopes to advance and learn new ways of working with metal.
