Default new to this forum.

Hello fellow metal workers. i stumbled upon this forum while looking for plans to make a wood slapper hammer and thought i might try and join. i also belong to "metalshapers Association" and have a few posts there.jus looking to expand my knowledge of metal working. my work is mostly for the love of the hobbie. i work out of my garage at my home (im the noisy one on the block) in Anaheim. ive made things from jewlery to motorcycle and automotive. im currently working on a surfboard that i plan on making out of Aluminum. structured like an airplane wing with aluminum spars and ribs. i really enjoy O/A welding Aluminum and really hope to get really good at it. so ill be asking questions. Im also restoring a 1978 KZ650. up grading the suspension with modern forks and doing alot of my own machining. take it easy and be hearing from you all.

Jerry
