Default Just want to introduce myself

Hi, my name is Wilson Taylor. I am a pharmacist by profession, but a jack of all trades by inclination. I enjoy a bit of welding, machining and general fabrication for hobbies. I have been following a thread on Pirate 4x4 by Baleigh and followed one of the links that he had posted to find this site. My wife wants to restore an old car and I am fascinated by shaping metal, so I thought that I would try learn all that I can. This forum seems like it will be a good place to observe what others have done. I may not spend a whole lot of time posting new information, but I will read a lot of what others have posted and add questions and comments as I find them appropriate. I am currently (Sept 2012) in the process of building my "man cave". I hope that when I get finished with it (is it ever really finished?), that I have all of the space and tools that I will require to make anything that I can think of.
