Default Looking to learn!

Hi there,

My name is Aaron and I am from Ocala, FL. I work in a bodyshop that specializes in older Chevrolet and Ford vehicles. One of the things that you are sure to find on these vehicles regardless of make or model is rust. Sometimes patches are available and sometimes the rust is in places where there are no patches available. We also do some custom work on newer vehicles such as fender widening, suicide doors, channeling truck cabs, etc.

What I am really looking to do here is to learn some tricks of the trade that I might not be exposed to otherwise. Most of what I know is self taught and it has served me well but there is always more to learn.

My two current projects are a very rusted out 1928 Ford Model A Pickup and a Mitsubishi 3000GT that is being turned into a widebody car. Both of these projects are testing my skills and patience as a metal shaper and any insight or help I can gain from this website is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
