Hi my name is Chris Champion and I come from Cape Town, South Africa. My primary hobby is restoring old cars. My definition of car restoration and challenge is to do all of the work involved myself (excluding engine machining) . I have restored several MG sports cars but my current project is the restoration of a 1958 Jaguar XK150 which is going to require a huge amount of metal fabrication. In preporation for this new venture I want to be able to learn from others to add to my knowledge base and perhaps share my successes with other interested craftsmen.
