Hi Albert, Welcome to Allmetalshaping.

one place for planishing hammer motor is: http:
//www.tinmantech.com/html/pwrhmr_tm.php#articles

I'm building my planishing hammer from a riveter, I've not finished it but my guess is it will be to light. cost will be $15. and time so I'll be happy.

An English wheel upper there are lots great of sources, You'd know the good ones by the hardness and the accuracy (lack of runout).

Again welcome to Allmetalshaping.
