Hi, my name's Richard, live in London but have a garage out in the country where I attempt to restore my American cars. Just got a 69 Mustang off to the paint shop, that didn't need a lot of metal shaping, just a load of repro panels being welded on. Now working on a 49 Pontiac that I picked up. Panels not really available for that so I'm learning to fabricate parts. Picked up a bead roller and shrinker/stretcher as well as hand tools. Had some success but hoping to learn more.

Hi Richard, welcome to the forum. There's plenty to see and learn on here in lots of different disciplines. Be interesting to see some photos of your cars. I was only saying to my wife tonight that I've got to own a classic American car before too much longer. Maybe I'll get some ideas from your cars.
