Hi Folks, stumbled on to the sight while looking for a linear die for my planishing hammer. Looks like helpful hints, creative work and some friendly humor. looking forward to bouncing some ideas around. Right now I'm working on a little 46 Chevy truck that is a ground up fab except for the cab that's chopped 3.5 running a 1960 283 with a 471 GMC and 3 x2s on 1960 magnesium torque thrusts that I picked up at Daytona a couple of years ago for $400.00 The wheels are what started the theme for this project all period correct . I do a lot of aircraft rivet stuff so the total interior is aircraft themed . I love buildin' them and runnin' more than showing and shining, Been there Done that and Got the tee shirts. But love to see good craftsmen ship and creative repurposing . I'm not in this to be the best just, thankful that I can have fun doing what I like and learning new tricks or getting new tools.
Keep thing friendly and play nice and I'm happy to reciprocate Thanks Bob
