another new guy
hello,my name is john and i am from Killen alabama. i own a shop that i rebuild starters,alternators,generators and electric motors. i do a lot of sandblasting and painting and i also love building rod & customs so i get to do a lot of fabricating. i am trying to expand my skills of metal shaping. i have built a few rods from the frame up and enjoy the challenge. i look forward to learning as much as i can from the pros of this forum. i am working on a early 40's dodge pickup that i am chopping the top on and will be building a frame and other parts for soon. less bondo and better metal finishing is my goal!

Welcome John. I'm just north of Huntsville. Give me a shout if you want to come by for a shop visit. If you check the events forum, you'll see we're having a metal shapers gathering in September.
