Default New guy from SC.

Hello, my name is Scott, I am an aircraft maintenance technician and I work for Atlantic Southeast Airlines in Columbia, SC. I am currently one of the maintenance supervisors there. I got into doing sheetmetal work during my time in A&P school and am now teaching myself more of the metal shaping side of things. I dabble in automotive restoration, fabrication and alot of other things in my spare time. I am a member of the MetalMeet forums and also the Offroadfabnet.com.

Hello Scott.

I think you will enjoy this site. There is a ton of info and a great number of folks willing to help.

I am from upstate SC and if I can help in any way, I am willing to try.

Hi RockHillWill,
Thanks for the offer, I go through Rock Hill all the time on the way to Charlotte to repair aircraft. I checked out your website and you do great work. I may have to come up that way and check out some of your work in person. I am new to metal shaping so I will have lots of questions, I am trying to put together a decent set of tools then plan to start some small projects to get my feet wet. I eventually want to build a replica of a 34 Ford roadster all from scratch, chasis up.

Thanks to everyone for the welcome!
Scott
