Hello my name is Tom Kirkham. I am the Vice President of Kirkham Motorsports. Some of our projects have been in various car magazines. We use stretch forming, hammer dies, and press tooling to do most of our projects. However, my brother and I are always looking for better ways to skin a cat.

Welcome. Most of the people here are familiar with your work. I just wish I would have know when I was going to school for Street Rod Technology and living in Provo.

Welcome Tom, I've read the build book 4-5 times. Great stuff! I just bought a 289 FIA glass body that I'm going to use as a buck for a scratch built aluminum body...after I finish my aluminum art deco roadster.
I'm looking forward to whatever you can post!

If you ever have the chance, would love to see you post a retro-sequence on the build technique for doing the '40 Ford and Cobra projects in copper. I still remember walking into the SEMA show and being blown away by that '40 Ford project years ago...

Welcome Tom, I have to say that I was really impressed with your operation when Rondo and I dropped by a couple of years back, and was given a VIP tour. You were in the process of building the Billet Framed Cobra at the time, and that was an incredible experience. First Class operation all the way. Your CNC shop was impressive, and the guys working the fit and finish of the aluminum bodies were first rate sheet metal guys. Hope to come by again some day, to see the stretch former in operation. It wasn't up and running at the time.
