Default New Guy From WI

Looking to get into metal shaping. Have plenty of welding experience but beyond simple metal work I don't. I am onto traditional style hot rodding and want to be able to create my own body panels.

My long term project is a '34 Chevy p/u that needs a lot of help and several rust repairs as well as fixing all the warring from the building fire that it went through.

Right now I am just sort of looking for some direction on very basic things. Terminology, basic techniques and whatnot.

Thanks
Nathan

Ha! The thing is miserably warped! Most people tell me to not even bother with it!

Hi Nathan, welcome to the site. Start with small parts and work your way up to larger sections. You can do quite a lot with very few tools so you dont have to invest a huge amount to get started.
