Default New to metalshaping

Hello,
My name is Steve. I live in SW Michigan near the Indiana border and walking distance from the Lake. I've been interested in metalshaping for several years.

I enjoy learning new things and especially tend to enjoy learning and doing things that are artsy and creative. I'd like to be able to develop metalshaping skills because I think of all kinds of different projects just about every day that would be fun to do if I had any idea of how to do them. Some of the ideas are actually PRACTICAL too! haha.

I'd eventually like to build a Hot Rod of my own design from scratch, and I also have a couple of old cars in some old barns out back that I'd like to get fixed-up when I learn how to do it.

Thank you for this website, it is chock-full of super-useful information!
