Default Greetings from Richmond

Hi all,
I've been a blacksmith and metalsmith for 13 years now. My neighbor is a metal shaper and told me about this site. I am currently modifying a Honda cb350 with my son and am looking to learn a little about metal shaping so I can build a gas tank.

Hello Brad,

Welcome to the site! I worked for a company that did blacksmith work and wrought iron work years ago, it gave me skills that I could transfer.

Default Great Stuff David!

David,
Just took a look at your Youtube video. DVD looks great. I'll check in to it.
I worked for a smith in Guildford for a couple of weeks. His name is Terry Clark and he's the current head of the British Artist Blacksmithing Association. Good times . . .
Cheers!
Brad

Glad you found it Brad . There is a lot of info on this sight , just start digging and asking . Brad has the shop next to me , it is nice to have him close i can heat something up easier there in his forge . He also has a really strong press and we share a plate roller . So he has access to any of my metal shaping equipt. to try out .
James
