Default Newbie from Mid Misery

Hey you all, my name's Chip, I was referred to this site by Deadbodyman (Michel) I can't find him on here but he swears he's a member. I'm a car nut and enjoy messing with metal. Right now I just do autobody work and occasionally think of something to attempt to make. After four or five tries, I relent and let my son CJ do the welding since his welds don't require liberal use of the grinder. I hope i can sometimes contribute something worthwhile and will definitely learn from the members on here.
Thanks for having me,
Chip.

Hello Chip,

I live outside of Sedalia and another member lives just south of me in Cole Camp.

If you get bored stop in and see us we always have some projects going on.

Hello Chip, welcome to the site. I am sure you can learn to make good repairs. I have taught many people over many years these skills in my role as a part time lecturer at Clolchester Institute. Some people learn quicker than others but the main thing is to execute the job in the right way.- Its like colour by numbers.

Thanks for the warm welcome everybody. If you see me on here, I'm at work, evenings, I don't have time to get on the internets, too many projects going on at the home shop. Gotta have a day job just to pay for health insurance on the group plan, at least I get a discount on Martin Tools, IR tools and cylinders and all kinds of bearings and air prep equipment.

That the one big advantage to living in the UK - the national health service - health care which is free when you use it. covered by our taxes. Everyone gets looked after.
