Hi im Cyril Zarate... from baguio city philippines... ilove hotrods and volksrod... im making my own volksrod too... i wanna be a member here to learn how to fabricate a metal sheet... and make my own split beetle rear clip split window... i realy wanna learn how fabricate...

Hey cyril.... We are probably both on the Volksrod (cut weld drive) forums... Are you there as well? If so what's your handle over there?
I'm a V-Rodder too, although a lot less into the rodding part, and a lot more into the custom side of things. Like you, one of the big starts to me being into Metal working, is the VW chassis I plan on topping with my own car body. I haven't yet decided whether it's gonna be Aluminum or Steel yet.... but I'm working on the info gathering right now, so Maybe I can figure out what direction to take soon. Good to see more Volksrodders around here.
