Default Old New Guy !!!

Hi whom ever , I'm 55, love metal , recently bought a really nice MB english wheel ,have a shrinker/stretcher coming as well as a planishing hammer and want to start messing w/ aluminum with the hopes of making motorcycle tanks ,fenders and other small alum. parts ,I have been making metal sculptures for the past 25 years ,usually big found object welded stuff , also a lot of plasma cut stuff but want to move its the more refined area of metal work and pound on alum. with hammers !! ha ha . I also have some alum. welding experience w/ tig . ( although many tell me they gas weld their alum. ??? So many questions )..................... thats why I'm here !!!!! Looking forward to the learning curve and meeting many of you . I'm in San Jose ,CA. Paul Leduc
