Hello to all craftsmen, aspiring or experienced alike:
Most everyone refers to me as DB, simply the initials of my name. I'm currently semi-retired, and have a 1968 Mercedes Benz 230 as a project vehicle. Although I have spent most of my working career as an automotive mechanic (modern day "technician" as they are now called) I do have some experience in machining and millwright. Currently, rust issues with the MB have me experimenting with panel repair fabrication, and searching for tools to work with have eventually led me here. I look forward to reading/learning some techniques to help me with this project, and possibly more to come. Regards to all, DB |
